I recently got to go see American Ballet Theatre (ABT) perform The Sleeping Beauty at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. It was awesome of course. However, I liked the soloists dancing the Bluebird and Princess parts much more than the principals. I had only seen a ballet in Riverside and a couple in Salt Lake City (Ballet West) so it was really a treat to see such great dancers. Another great part was that John did not have to go with me because I went with my good friend Cymbaline. It was great to spend some time with her since we haven't done much since high school even though we live closer to each other here in Glendora than we did in Riverside!!
